Following the continued growth of the thermoplastics processing industry in Central Europe, AMI has undertaken detailed research in this area and has produced a directory listing almost 500 plastics processors in the Czech republic and over 100 in the Slovak republic. For each country, the report provides some statistical market data including details of polymer demand and end use applications, as well as information on key players in the processing markets.

The report lists all companies alphabetically per country and for each site the following information is given:

• Full address with telephone numbers and fax numbers, email and website
• One managerial contact
• Parent company
• Processes operated: Injection moulding, blow moulding, Film extrusion, etc.

  For each process operated production details are shown:

• Polymers processed
• Polymer consumption
• Markets served/products manufactured
• Some machinery information : for example number and size of machines for injection moulding.
