AMI offers clients a retained consultancy service whereby clients contract
on an annual basis to take pre-defined number of days
consulting and in return for this committment enjoy sizeable

Merger and acquisition studies
AMI acts for clients in M & A work and has achieved a high success rate.
AMI works with the client to carry out an initial market scan
looking for suitable targets. If a number are identified then a critical examination is carried out to assess
the target's strengths and weaknesses, future prospects and availability for purchase. If
required, AMI will also act in financial negotiations between vendor and purchaser, although normally purchasers
prefer to carry out this matter themselves.
